The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Iraqi Media Network, Dr. Jaafar Al-Wanan, and the Speaker of the Arab Parliament, Shaalan Al-Karim, stressed on Sunday, the need to adopt a balanced media speech.
The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Iraqi Media Network, Dr. Jaafar Al-Wanan, and his deputy, Dr. Muhammad Salam, discussed, during their meeting with the Deputy Speaker of the Arab Parliament and Head of the Parliamentary Sovereignty Alliance, Sheikh Shaalan Al-Karim at the headquarters of the Board of Trustees, the importance of coordination between Parliament and the Iraqi Media Network through a focus on political, economic and security developments and approving balanced media speech.
In turn, Al-Karim confirmed that "the network has consolidated the principles of freedom of opinion and expression, which is considered part of the democratic process."
