The Baghdad Operations Command denied, today, Friday, the existence of a tendency to close the entrances to the capital.
A statement by the Baghdad Operations Command received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated that "the Baghdad operations commander, Lieutenant-General Ahmed Salim, denied the existence of a tendency to close the entrances to the capital.".
The Baghdad Operations Commander, Lieutenant-General Ahmed Salim, had earlier ordered the opening of all closed bridges and roads, except for the Al-Sinak and Al-Jumhuriya bridges.
BOC Media said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the Staff Lieutenant-General, Commander of Baghdad Operations, ordered the opening of all bridges and closed roads, except for the Al-Jumhuriya and Al-Sinak bridges, in front of the movement of wheels."
