The Oil Marketing Company"SOMO" issued on Thursday, a clarification regarding the shipment of black oil.
The company said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), some social media posted about the export of a contaminated shipment of black oil, it took legal measures against the carriers earlier, and they were held fully responsible for the process of contaminating the product, and for violating them terms of the contracts concluded with the company.
" The statement stressed, "the continuation of black oil exports in accordance with the required specifications and the mechanisms followed," noting that "the company did not suffer financial losses as a result, and that its dealings are trustworthy with the contracting authorities."
It added "the media to deal professionally and patriotically with news related to the oil sector, and to avoid offending national companies, intentionally or otherwise."
