Iraq clarifies regarding private local vehicles entry to Saudi Arabia for Umrah

    Anbar local government clarified on Wednesday, the category covered by the decision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to allow private Iraqi cars to enter its territory to perform Umrah.
     
    "It was decided to allow Iraqi cars to cross Arar port to Saudi Arabia, provided that the vehicle is to be a seven-passenger class and 2013 and above model ," said the Governor of Anbar Adviser for border crossings affairs, Suad Jassim Zaidan to the Iraqi News Agency – INA.
     
    Earlier today, Hajj and Umrah Authority announced that the first Iraqi citizen entered Saudi Arabia through Arar port with his own vehicle, after more than 30-years break.
