The Iranian Foreign Ministry confirmed the establishment of five rounds of dialogue with Saudi Arabia in Baghdad, amid positive results, while indicating the imminence of a new round.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani said that "five rounds of joint talks were held between Iran and Saudi Arabia in Baghdad, and the results of these talks were positive."
He added, "Within the framework of the consultations that are being conducted through Iraq, it was generally agreed that we will hold the next round of talks in the near future."
