Al-Ghanimi arrives in Basra Governorate

    Minister of Interior Othman Al-Ghanimi arrived Wednesday in Basra Governorate.

    His media office stated, in a brief statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the Minister of Interior, Immigration and Displacement, Othman Al-Ghanimi, has arrived in Basra Governorate."

     Yesterday, Monday, Al-Ghanimi visited Kirkuk governorate, while holding a security meeting in the governorate, during which he directed all the departments of the ministry in Kirkuk to follow up on the field and pay great attention to citizens, especially in service departments, and to redouble efforts in combating terrorism and crime in its various forms.
