Tarmiyah is witnessing security stability, BOC reports

 Baghdad Operations Command (BOC) clarified Today, Monday, the fact about putting its forces on high security alert, while counting the number of terrorists who were killed in Tarmiyah district since the advent of this year.
 
"The plan designated for the Eid did not include putting the military units on high security alert, or blocking any road," noting that "the plan of this Eid differed from the rest of the previous holidays," Baghdad Operations Commander, Lieutenant-General Ahmed Salim, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
 
Regarding the areas north of Baghdad, Salim confirmed, “Tarmiyah district was one of the high risk districts, but now it is witnessing security stability,” noting that “BOC and the units attached to it and the intelligence services in the region were able to kill more than 30 terrorists north of Baghdad during the current year ".
 
He added, "The security forces were also able to arrest a terrorist network in Tarmiyah district exactly a week ago, as those terrorists were forcing citizens to pay royalties," noting that "terrorist operations are barely mentioned north of Baghdad this year, and the security forces are determined to kill all terrorists in the district."
