The Ministry of Electricity announced today, Tuesday, the payment of Iranian gas dues for the year 2020 within two days, while praising the role of the government and parliament supporting it in this file.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Electricity, Ahmed Mousa, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "at a time when the Ministry of Electricity was notifying the government, parliament and public opinion of the necessity to pay the Iranian gas dues for the year 2020, which were not paid due to the lack of approval of the budget at that time, we announce today." Those dues for the aforementioned year will be paid within two days to prevent a decrease in the quantities of gas flowing, according to the approved contexts.
