The Legal Committee held Wednesday a meeting headed by MP Muhammad Anouz, to discuss the law banning normalization and establishing relations with the Zionist entity.
A statement by the Media Department of the Parliament, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "the Legal Committee in the Parliament held a meeting in the presence of its members to discuss the law banning normalization and establishing relations with the Zionist entity."
It added, "The members of the committee stressed the need to work on enacting important laws, especially laws that directly affect the reality of the citizen."
It also pointed out that "the committee studied the law banning normalization and the establishment of relations with the Zionist entity, which the Parliament will start reading today, its first reading."
