Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein discussed with his Saudi, Egyptian, and Algerian counterparts the vote to suspend Russia's membership in the Human Rights Council, as well as files of common interest.
The ministry stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Sameh Shoukry, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Republic of Algeria Ramtane Lamamra."
