The leader of the Sadrist movement, Sayyed Muqtada al-Sadr confirmed on Wednesday, that the citizen will not be subject to subordination, occupation and quotas.
"I will not agree with you, as agreement means the end of the country,” said Sayyed Al-Sadr said in a tweet on his official Twitter account, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
He asserted that "No consensus in all its forms. What you call a political blockage is easier than agreeing with you and better than sharing with you. There is no goodness in a government that agrees with allotment,”
"How will you agree with the blocs while you are arguing against all the components and all partner,” Sayyed Al-Sadr included.
Al-Sadr addressed the Iraqi people saying, “I will not bring you back to your previous tragedies, and this is a promise. The country will not be subject to subordination, occupation, normalization and quotas. People will never bow to them,”
