The Chief of Staff of the Army, Lieutenant-General Abdul-Amir Rashid Yarallah and the commander of the NATO mission, General Michael Lollesgaard, to provide logistical support for the military.
The Ministry of Defense (MOD) said in a statement, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Army Chief of Staff, Lieutenant-General Abdul-Amir Rashid Yarallah, received the commander of the NATO mission, General Michael Lollesgaard, and a number of the mission advisors."
"During the meeting, they discussed continuing the cooperation and coordination with the NATO mission in the field of developing the military capabilities of the Iraqi army, in addition to provide the logistical support and enhance the efforts of the military institution at all levels," the statement added.
