Al-Zamili congratulating Sabean Mandaeans on occasion of creation: This occasion is an opportunity to strengthen brotherhood bonds

First Deputy Speaker of Parliament , Hakim Al-Zamili, congratulated the Sabean Mandaeans on the occasion of the Creation Day, while stressing that this occasion is an opportunity to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and harmony.

 Al-Zamili said in a tweet via Twitter, which was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "We congratulate the Sabean-Mandaeans on the occasion of the "Al-Brunaya" Creation Day," wishing that "God will bring it back to them and all Iraqis with goodness, security and prosperity."

 He added, "The religious, civilizational and cultural diversity that extends over the territory of the country is a source of strength for Iraq, and evidence of its people's adherence to their authentic values, the extent of their harmony and their desire for coexistence."

 He pointed out that "this occasion is an opportunity to strengthen the bonds of fraternity and harmony, spread the values of tolerance and coexistence among the people of the one country, exchange sincere feelings and work for an Iraq in which its people enjoy progress and peace."
