The Security Media Cell announced today, Wednesday, blasting two ISIS terrorist hideouts in an air strike in Kirkuk province.
SMC said in a statement, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the security units continue their qualitative and proactive duties in various sectors of responsibility to pursue the remaining elements of ISIS terrorist gangs, and based on accurate intelligence information from the Counter-Terrorism Service and in coordination with the targeting cell of the Joint Operations Command, The Air Force Command carried out an air strike by Iraqi F-16 aircraft, during which it targeted two caves used as hideouts for terrorist members in the Qoshkaya area in Kirkuk province.
"The two hideouts were completely destroyed, and a security force headed towards the targeted area for inspection," the statement added.
