Security force destroys Daesh dens in Hamrin mountain range

A spokesman for the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, Major General Yahya Rasoul, announced Wednesday that the Diyala Operations Command was able to destroy a number of dens of Daesh terrorist, during an inspection operation that included Camp Aisha and the Hamrin mountain range.

"The Diyala Operations Command and its attached forces have begun to carry out the duty to inspect Camp Aisha, the surrounding Hamrin mountain range and several axes," Rasoul said in a statement received by The Iraqi News Agency (INA).

"The security operation resulted in the destruction of a number of dens during the early hours of duty," he said.
