Passenger plane makes emergency landing due to bomb report in Russia 

A Russian passenger plane from St. Petersburg made an emergency landing at Samara Airport due to a report of a bomb on board. 

Smartavia 's Boeing-737  has landed at Samara Airport a while ago, according to the airport's official website. 

The airport administration confirmed to Interfax that it had taken a series of measures to ensure security during the landing of the plane, and the agency had previously quoted an informed source as confirming that an unknown person had informed the authorities of the presence of a bomb on board the Boeing-737 that took off from Petersburg heading to Russia. 

The source pointed out that the emergency services and explosives experts arrived at the airport, awaiting the emergency landing of the plane.
