The Agency of Intelligence and Federal Investigation (AIFI) announced the seizure of more than 4 kilograms of narcotics in Anbar province.
The Security Media Cell (SMC) said in a statement, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "Based on accurate intelligence information about trading in narcotic operations in Anbar province, a force from AIFI was able to seize these narcotic substances, which were hidden underground in Armaila area in Al-Rutba district in Al-Anbar province”.
SMC added, "The seizure operation came after obtaining all the judicial approvals and through conducting investigations, where 4 kilograms and 800 grams of narcotics were found, 3 bottles filled with a liquid substance suspected of narcotics, and a binoculars."
