Tribal raid felons arrested in Baghdad

The security media cell announced Monday the arrest of the felons of a tribal raid in Baghdad.

"The security forces in the Baghdad Operations Command continue their duties in resolving conflicts and prosecuting the felons of the "tribal raid" in Baghdad, as a force from the 1st Division of federal police arrested three suspects who were involved in a qwarrel in the al-Tamim area south of Baghdad," the cell said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

"A force from the same division arrested two suspects in a vehicle who executed the (tribal raid) in possession of Kalashnikov weapons in the Baladyat area, as well as the arrest of a suspect who shot into air in the Mashtal area and was seized in possession of a Kalashnikov weapon," the statement said.
"The arrested persons and the seized weapons have been referred to the competent authorities," the statement said. "
