International observer Bakr Muhannad Daly said Friday that the special voting process in anbar's Al-Andalus district has been very streamlined, while not registering any breaches during the voting process.
"By monitoring the al-Andalus district sector, specifically al-Hamra school, the voting process was very smooth in terms of voter participation in special vote and their arrival at the electoral center," Daly told The Iraqi News Agency (INA).
"The process went smoothly thanks to intensive efforts by the security services," he said, adding that "things are under control and there were no breaches during the voting process."
"Security efforts and coordination of work between local observers, international observers and security services were the main reasons for the smooth process," he said.
