National team delegation heads to Doha to confront Lebanese team

    Our national football team delegation left Baghdad on a private Iraqi Airways plane for Doha, Qatar, in preparation for the confrontation with Lebanon.
     
    "The delegation of our national football team went to Doha, Qatar, in preparation for the match against the Lebanese national team next Thursday, which will be held at Khalifa International Stadium, as part of the Asian qualifiers for the 2022 Qatar World Cup," said a brief statement from the Football Association received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) on Sunday.
