Al-Kaabi demands an immediate investigation into Al-Hussein Hospital accident

The First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hassan Al-Kaabi, demands immediate investigation into the accident at Al-Hussein Teaching Hospital in Dhi Qar province.
 
The media office of the First Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi parliament stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that Al-Kaabi demand an immediate investigation, and put an end to the recurrence of tragic incidents inside the hospitals, hold accountable all of the negligent, to compensate the families of the martyrs, and declaring national mourning as well as treating the wounded inside and outside Iraq.
 
According to the statement, Al-Kaabi calls the government to put an end to the recurrence of the tragic series of fires in state departments, especially hospitals, and to expedite the accountability of all negligent, affirming that the parliament session for today will be held to discuss the causes and repercussions of the hospital fire tragedy.
 
 
He pointed out that the negligence in the incident of Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital was repeated today due to the lack of seriousness in taking the necessary immediate measures, precautions that contribute not to outbreak of potential and expected fires or reduce their risks and preserve the lives of the patients.
