The Parliamentary Crisis Cell confirmed on Saturday that lifting the partial curfew is subject to two factors.
The deputy of the cell, Jawad Al-Moussawi, stated to Iraqi News Agency (INA) : month ago, the Parliamentary Crisis Cell expected decreased number of corona virus cases, but the numbers according to the graph of non-registered positive cases are more than we expected, pointing out that the cell depends on the positive cases of corona tests rather than the announced numbers.
Al-Moussawi added that next stage will not witness lifting partial curfew as there is no tangible or a significant decrease the new discovered cases, stressing that the lift of partial curfew is subject to two factors which are: a significant decrease in the graph of corona cases, and the increase in the percentage of vaccinated people.
Al-Moussawi also expressed his regret that the partial curfew has not been applied as it was meant to be .
He explained that "the graph is witnessing a very slight and almost imperceptible decline, as a week ago it was 10.8, but this week it is 10.5, and this means its decline is only 3, and it is percentage that hardly counted.
Meanwhile, The Security Media Cell stated the Supreme Committee for Health and National Safety confirmed the continuation of the partial ban, which starts from nine p.m till five a.m.
