The Pakistani Foreign Minister, Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi, announced today, Saturday, that his country is looking forward to more cooperation with Iraq in the field of combating terrorism and religious tourism.
Qureshi said in a joint press conference with Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein: "Pakistan is looking forward to more joint cooperation with Iraq in all fields, the most important of which is cooperation in the areas of combating terrorism and religious tourism."
He added that "Iraq currently hosts 200,000 Pakistani visitors, and we look forward to facilitating the procedures for obtaining entry visas to Iraq for religious tourism," stressing that "his country supports Iraq in all fields."
