The governor of Anbar, Ali Farhan al-Dulaimi, confirmed today, Sunday, that the province has started its new plans for projects, while indicating that the projects were distributed according to the necessary entitlements.
Al-Dulaimi said to the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The new projects will be limited and will be submitted to the Ministry of Planning to start the approval procedures, then announce and refer them."
Al-Dulaimi expressed his hope that "the Ministry of Finance will take quick and urgent steps, so that the governorate can pay contractors' dues as soon as possible."
