The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed today, Thursday that the Jordanian and Egyptian ministers will visit Iraq tomorrow, in preparation for the tripartite summit.
In a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), ministry spokesman Ahmed Al-Sahhaf said, "The foreign ministers of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Ayman Safadi and Egypt, Sameh Shoukry, will arrive tomorrow in Iraq, and they will be received at Baghdad Airport by Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein."
He added that "there are important dialogues that will be related to strengthening joint action in accordance with the tripartite coordination mechanism between Baghdad, Amman and Cairo," noting that "the dialogues will be at all levels in preparation for the summit at the presidential level in Baghdad."
