A spokesman for the organizing committee for the visit of Pope Ahmed Al-Sahaf confirmed today, Friday, that the security dimension was of a high level.
Al-Sahhaf said in a press conference followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "We are serious about the high coordination in order to show the visit in the best way."
He added that "the security dimension was high-level, and the efforts made will remain ready until the last moment."
He continued, "The meeting between Al- Sistani and the Pope will strengthen the bonds of tolerance between religions."
