The head of the Counter-Terrorism Service, Lieutenant General Abdul-Wahhab Al-Saadi, announced the arrest of a terrorist north of Baghdad, while he confirmed that the revenge process will not stop.
Al-Saadi told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), today, Friday, that "a force from the Anti-Terrorism Service arrested a terrorist in Tarmiyah district, north of Baghdad, as part of the martyrs revenge operation ."
He pointed out, "We have made a pledge that the process of martyrs revenge operation will not stop until the retribution of those involved who facilitated the entry of the terrorists who blew themselves up in Bab Al Sharqi district in central Baghdad."
The "martyrs revenge operation " targeting the remnants of the terrorist ISIS gangs was launched at dawn today, under the direction of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and the direct supervision of the Head of the Counter-Terrorism Service.
