Iraq welcomes the return of Saudi – Qatar relations to normal framework

    Iraq welcomed the return of the relations between Saudi Arabia and Qatar to their normal framework.

    "We congratulate the Gulf Cooperation Council for the success of the summit meeting, and we welcome the return to normal relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Qatar," said the Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency – INA.

    He added, "We highly value the efforts and endeavors of the State of Kuwait in this regard, which led to a comprehensive reconciliation between the two sides,"
