Iraq welcomes the return of relations between Saudi Arabia and Qatar to their normal framework

 Iraq welcomed today, Friday, the return of relations between Saudi Arabia and Qatar to their normal framework.

 "We congratulate the Gulf Cooperation Council for the success of the summit meeting, and we welcome the return to normal relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Qatar," Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

 Hussein added, "We highly value the efforts and endeavors of the State of Kuwait in this regard, which led to a comprehensive reconciliation between the two sides."
