Salih: The need to secure the return of all IDPs

The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, stressed the need to secure the return of all displaced persons and to intensify efforts locally and internationally to uncover the fate of the kidnapped Yazidis and hold the perpetrators accountable.

 A statement by his media office, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that Salih stressed in a "congratulatory speech" on the occasion of the Yazidi fasting holiday on the need to strengthen local and international efforts to uncover the fate of the kidnapped Yazidis and hold those involved in that account accountable, pointing to "the importance of securing a safe return for all."  Displaced people and displaced people to their cities and villages, while providing the requirements for a decent living.
