The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced the launch of the Central Bank of an initiative to finance industrial, commercial and agricultural projects.
The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Hamid Al-Ghazi, said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the Central Bank has allocated five trillion Iraqi dinars to finance industrial, commercial and agricultural projects."
He added, "The initiative will revive the Iraqi economy and encourage local investment."
