The Media Office of the Presidency of the Republic stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that “President Salih received the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities Hassan Nazem and stressed during the meeting the importance of continuing work and advancing the country's culture in various artistic specializations, providing support to cultural and literary circles, and advancing In theaters, forums and cultural edifices, as well as providing full support to young people who have proven their worth in local and international events and festivals. "
For his part, Minister Hassan Nazim appreciated the role of the presidency and the continuing interest in the reality of culture, and gave an explanation about the ministry’s workflow and its future plans regarding cultural work and the literary and artistic movement in the country.
