Salih stresses the importance of prosecuting Daesh cells and the perpetrators of crimes

Barham Salih, President of the Republic, stressed today, Tuesday, the importance of continuing the security effort in pursuit of Daesh terrorist cells and perpetrators of crimes.

The media office of the President of the Republic stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that “Saleh stressed during his meeting with the head of the National Security Agency Abdul Ghani Al-Asadi in the Peace Palace in Baghdad the importance of maintaining internal security and providing protection for citizens and their property, and continuing the security effort in combating Daesh terrorist cells. And the prosecution of the perpetrators of the crimes of murder, kidnapping and assault, to consolidate the sovereignty of the state and achieve justice.
