Today, Thursday, the Baghdad Investment Commission confirmed that there is a real desire among investors to complete investment projects in various sectors, while indicating that it relies on the landowners to create projects.
The head of the commission, Shaker Al-Zamili, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “There is a real desire among investors to implement investment projects in various sectors in the capital, Baghdad,” indicating that “the commission relies on planning approvals and land owners to establish investment projects.”
He added that "the Ministry of Finance and the Municipality of Baghdad are the two bodies responsible for allocating lands, and giving a schematic description of the nature of the land, on which the project can be established."
