The Light Industries Company of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals revealed the manufacture of home appliances bearing the "Ishtar brand", while stressing the possibility of securing the need for the local market, it called on the government to provide support for it.
The director of the investing company of the Ministry of Light Industries of the Ministry, Walid Jabr Salman, said in a special statement to "Al-Sabah": "The company and within the (Made in Iraq) campaign managed to introduce new production lines to manufacture home appliances that carry (the Ishtar brand)," pointing to "These products include refrigerators, models, freezers, cookers, heaters, and other products."
He added that «the company has great experiences and capabilities from a skilled workforce, and that Iraqi manufactured products keep pace with modern technologies, as the company works to manufacture products that are efficient, quality in quality and conform to the approved standard specifications.
