Member of Parliament, Riyadh Al-Masoudi, confirmed that the comprehensive reform paper that the government intends to prepare will save more than $ 20 billion in non-oil revenues.
Al-Masoudi told the Iraqi News Agency (INA) today, Friday, that "a comprehensive reform paper is expected to reach parliament within 60 days," noting that "this paper aims to prepare an integrated strategy in the direction towards the real development of industrial and agricultural projects, in addition to the development of the communications sector."
