 "The PMF is an official security force affiliated with the Iraqi government that adheres to and respects its external relations, even if the PMF leaders have some observations on these countries," he said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA). He directed the PMF to target foreign bases. "

 He stressed that "any military mobilization of the PMF is within the framework of the Iraqi state," stressing that "the popular mobilization organization is a security force that was formed several years ago and the names of its leaders are known and have a comprehensive database that includes all the names of leaders and fighters."
