Today, Tuesday, the Security Media Cell announced the death of two members of the Sinjar Protection Force and the injury of three others, when a car bomb exploded in western Nineveh.
A cell statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated, "Two members of the Sinjar Protection Force were martyred, as well as the injury of three others when a booby-trapped house exploded in Aziz village in Al-Qahtaniyah district, south of Sinjar mountain, within the operational command division west of Nineveh."
"One of the sheep herders in the Al-Manaif area was hit by direct fire by Daesh terrorist operatives," the statement added.
