EMC discusses oil prices and support the stability of electrical energy

 Today, Sunday, the Ministerial Council for Energy discussed oil prices and supporting the stability of electrical energy.

 The Information Office of the Prime Minister stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the Ministerial Council for Energy held a meeting, headed by Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, and the presence of the ministers of oil, electricity and water resources, and a number of deputy ministers and advisers."

The meeting discussed developments in international oil prices, the participation of the Iraqi delegation in the meeting of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries OPEC and the economic effects of the decline in oil prices in light of the Corona pandemic, along with supporting the stability of electrical energy in Iraq and the areas of production and distribution, providing the necessary fuel and discussing the preparations of the Ministry of Electricity for the summer season  Next, and took a number of measures and recommendations on them. "
