The Governor of Najaf , Louay Al-Yasiri, confirmed that the health measures imposed by the governorate contributed greatly to reducing the outbreak of the Corona virus.
Al-Yasiri said in an interview with the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "The measures taken by the Najaf governorate, as they have contributed significantly to reducing the spread of the Corona virus."
The Entry of Iranian visitors
Regarding the talk about the continued entry of visitors and expats from outside the country, Al-Yasiri pointed out that "the land and air outlets are completely closed to visitors and expats, in implementation of the decision of the crisis cell confronting Corona virus, stressing that no Iranian visitors or expats will enter Najaf at the present time."

the governor of Najaf expected, "There will be a major economic meltdown in the province in the coming weeks, due to the drop in oil prices, the lack of approval of the country's budget and the lack of religious tourism, which will negatively affect the province."
