SJC orders to start investigating the wanted MPs for financial and admin corruption

    INA – BAGHDAD

    Supreme Judicial Council – SJC issued on Wednesday, investigating the wanted members of parliaments for financial and administrative crimes with no prior notice to the accused.

    The Parliament agreed to lift the immunity of the MPs where the SJC asserted that the responsible must be held accountable by arresting or summon warranties.
