Al-Kaabi: The Cybercrime Law will take its way to legislation during the new chapter

His office said in a statement that the first deputy speaker of the House of Representatives met with members of the committee charged with preparing a draft law on information crimes.

Al-Kaabi, according to the statement, the final version of the draft law after the amendments, and the addition of all the proposals of the relevant sectoral bodies, in preparation for the further adoption of the new legislative term.

He added that this law witnessed a comprehensive amendment to it, after we found that the draft that was submitted to the House of Representatives old and not keeping up with the current developments and most of its items objections from the sectoral authorities concerned with its implementation.
