INA - Baghdad The 16 year Al-Sabah Newspaper is the first newspaper in Iraq after the fall of the dictatorship regime, 2003, stated the head of Iraqi Media Network, Mujahid Abul Al-Hail. The statement came during the 16th anniversary of the Al-Sabah Newspaper. “The issuance of this newspaper indicated that Iraq sponsors the free will of Iraqi creative, patriotic and bold writers,” Abu Al-Hail noted. “Al-Sabah has always been an attraction of many journalists that have been graduated from the newspaper,” he added, “it maintained the unity of Iraq and the people as well as it has fought the sectarianism and spread peace and forgiveness messages too,” Noting that Al-Sabah Newspaper was established in May 2003.
