MOE discusses scientific cooperation with EU program representative

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Qusay Al-Suhail, discussed on Tuesday with the representative of the EU program Dr. Nicolas Margiti the fields of scientific cooperation between the two sides.
