Baghdad governorate declaredforming a service crisis cell, and the governorate's statement, which INA agency received a copy of, mentioned that "Baghdad governor FalahAljazayiri headed a meeting including all rank officials and the service department managers in the governorate", and pointing to that "the meeting discuss the explanation of federal budget law about distribution plan of regions development according to their population density, as well amounts ratios of the continuing projects and population densityratios in it".

The statement added that "it has been discussed the work mechanism of the new projects and showing the most important difficulties which face their work in order to overcoming them", pointing that"Aljazayiri called all municipal administrators to form a team work andservice consultation board to display the service effort
