The First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Hassan al-Kaabi on Thursday sent a cable of congratulations to the Iraqi people in general and the Kurds in particular on the occasion of the feast of Nowruz and the Spring Festival.
I extend my sincere congratulations to our dear people and to the Kurdish brothers in particular on the occasion of the feast of Nowruz and the Spring Festival. The Almighty prayed to strengthen the atmosphere of celebrations with greater unity and solidarity among all components.
