Iraqi Air Navigation Wins Third Assessment Worldwide

The General Company for Air Navigation Services (ANS), one of the Ministry of Transport's formations, has been ranked third in the world for 2019 in the field of air traffic management (ATM) by Jane's Airport 360.

"This assessment came after the company's success in re-opening and designing the atmosphere smoothly for flights and organizing safe air passages through the Iraqi airspace after the victory over ISIS ," Transport Minister Abdullah Laibi said in a statement".

"This work is one of the achievements of the company in the promotion of economic resources and the development of the infrastructure of the country."
