Al-Araji receives the head of SMC

National Security Adviser Qasim al-Araji affirmed today, Thursday, that the Security Media Cell played a prominent role in countering rumors and highlighting the facts to the people and public opinion.

A statement issued by the National Security Adviser's media office, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "National Security Adviser Qasim al-Araji received in his office the head of the Security Media Cell, Major General Saad Maan. The meeting discussed the role of the Security Media Cell in supporting the efforts of the security services and achieving security stability, as well as highlighting the role of the security forces in handling security tasks through transparency and professional and responsible media."

Al-Araji emphasized that "the Security Media Cell played a prominent role in countering rumors and revealing the facts to the people and public opinion," praising "the cell's efforts and what it provides in the way of reliable, official security media."
