A member of the House of Representatives MP Hassan Tauran said Sunday that the total laws that did not proceed and were in the corridors of the House of Representatives in the last sessions up to 150 laws.
He said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency that these laws need to vote and approval during the second legislative term of parliament, pointing out that the parliament in its first legislative term did not approve only the law of the general budget, which necessitates legislation of those laws that have been inactive since The previous sessions, noting that the government has identified the laws of the initial ones such as the federal court law and oil and gas.
Turan stressed the need for parliament to approve the law of the Federal Service Council, which did not vote in the second and third sessions due to the difference of parliament at the time of its members, stressing that this law is important for its association with the appointment of citizens and the elimination of favouritism and legal methods used by some in the placement appointments
