Palestinian Health Minister Majed Abu Ramadan confirmed today, Friday, that Iraq provided the highest levels of medical care and attention to the Palestinian wounded, while revealing their current number.
Ramadan told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): that "Health cooperation with Iraq is the cooperation of a government with its people, and this is what we expected from our people in Iraq. During my presence for the fourth day in brotherly Iraq to attend the meeting of the Council of Arab Health Ministers, I did not feel that I was outside Gaza or outside Palestine, but in my home and among my people."
He continued, "Iraq provided the best health care for the Palestinian wounded, and this warms our hearts, and our heroic wounded who came out from under the rubble are determined to live, and as for the number, it reaches 23 wounded, and we came to visit them all and the care is special."
